Nonetheless, we may retain information associated with you if we deem it necessary to prevent fraud or potential abuse, to facilitate TechnoGems in asserting its legal rights and/or defending against legal claims, or if mandated by law. Additionally, we might continue retaining your data in anonymized form for analytical and research endeavours.
4. Who are our sources from third parties?
   • At TechnoGems, we primarily collect information directly from you, but we also source information from third parties on occasion.    • By creating your learning management solutions profile, registering through any means, or enrolling in a course, you affirm that you have attained the required age for consent in your country of residence. If you are below the age of consent, it is necessary for your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to provide authorization for your registration or enrollment, as permitted by the laws of your country of residence.
   • If you are a minor who has created a learning management solutions profile, we may collect the categories of personal information outlined in the "Which personal information do we gather?” section and utilise it for the purposes detailed in the "Why do we collect your personal information?" section, unless prohibited by applicable laws.
