Dr Mohan Kaul, President of the Indian Partnership Forum, a leading UK think tank formed in the aftermath of Brexit, is a champion of international trade and investment as well as a recognised policy advisor, business leader, social entrepreneur, and academic. His achievements include being a member of the UN Secretary-General’s Management Efficiency Group, conducting as the World Bank adviser the first evaluation of Nobel Laureate Mohammed Yunus’ world famous Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and to address a special session of the UN General Assembly on Public Management. He held the position of United Nations Adviser; Senior diplomat and Director of management Development at the commonwealth Secretariat, Founder of Commonwealth Business Forum; Director-General, and Chief Executive Officer of the Commonwealth Business Council. Dr Kaul was previously professor and later Dean at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He has also been member of board of directors of ICICI Bank (UK), UK India Business Council (UKIBC), UK India Healthcare, World Bank Africa Virtual University and Royal Overseas League. He is currently Chairman of UK India Fund- Pontaq, Chairman of Board of Directors of Commonwealth Inclusive Growth Services and Tech Innovations, a  member of Board of directors of Crown Agents Foundation , Liveryman of city Of London , Chairman of Global Equality Alliance.

Dr. Bharat S. Rawal is a full Professor & Computer Science Department Head at Grambling State University, Grambling, LA. His research focuses on network security, cloud computing and security, blockchain, AI and Quantum Computing. He has published two US patents, four books and 100+ plus peer-reviewed conference proceedings, journal publications , received 1000+ citations and 100,000+ reads . He is a member of (ACM, IEEE, IET, etc.). He received his D.Sc. in Information Technology and M.B.A Marketing degree in IT from Towson University Maryland. B.Sc. and M.Sc. physics. Dr. Rawal has been associated with IEEE as student faculty more than 12 years. He served as Vice Chair of Erie, PA section, RSAC for R2 and Social Media Coordinator for R3 section. He is part of many IEEE working groups including Quantum Cryptograph. Dr. Rawal has been a leader in the education field for a long time and held various positions in the past including Full Professor at Benedict College Columbia, SC, Professor & Department Chair Capitol Technology University, Associate Professor at Gannon University, Assistant Professor Pennsylvania State University & Duke University. Dr. Rawal has also held various leadership positions in IT (Cybersecurity) and Health Care industry

A Learning & Workforce Development Strategist, with over 27 years’ experience in leading and managing multiple businesses verticals specializing in the Technology enabled Education & Skill Development. An IIMC graduate, he currently leads, Enterprise Solutions for Nila Apps Pvt. Ltd as its Director. He is also actively associated as a Board of Studies member with several educational institutions apart from being a member of Skill Development council of FICCI, member- Policy Panel on Experiential Technology Council, XTIC - IIT Madras, Member – IGDC Panel. Large part of his career has been on Skill Development and Technology enabled scalable learning models. As a passionate learner, trainer and coach, he loves engaging with the students, faculties and budding entrepreneurs. He has done several certifications in the areas of coaching & mentoring new age entrepreneurs and businesses, notable among them are from Wharton School of Business, Case Western Reserve University, University of Maryland, University of Toronto, etc. A Gamification & Game based teaching specialist conducts Faculty Development workshops on Teaching and Learning process for Higher Education faculties.
